ReplyDeleteI regretfully neglected to include the 3rd of the Triplette triple errors. In a 2001 Browns-Ravens game the Browns took a timeout in the 3rd quarter. The Triplette crew failed to record the timeout and later negligently allowed the Browns to take what was their 4th Timeout of the half.
